She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Garner and Hazel Garner (Smythe); and her husband William Joseph Schrumpf. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Jane Deacon (Lewie) of Raphine, VA, Rebecca Jean Yeakle of Hagerstown, MD and Rachel Joann Lehner (Norman) of Hampton, VA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
