He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Nott; his daughters, Angela Sheree Nott-Bailey (Dana) and Aimee Leigh Helser (Phil Jr.); his grandson Logan Helser; his brother-in-law Ronnie Leigh (Carol); and his cousin Carol Woodring (Deane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special neighbors, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
