He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Hawkins (Dutrow) and John Pereschuk; and his siblings, Harold, John, Merrill, Larry, Kenneth Pereschuk, Woodrow Hawkins and Barbara Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Sonja Pereschuk (Farrow); his children, Renee (Jim Rudolph) of Hagerstown, Michael Pereschuk of Hagerstown, Jack Pereschuk (Nancy) of Chandler and Robert Pereschuk (Lisa) of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Bradley, Kevin, Jenna Rudolph, Desmond, Kieran, Ronan Pereschuk and Julie (Robbie Pereschuk); his great grandchild Alisanna; his siblings, Cliff Pereschuk (Bonnie), Earle Pereschuk (Krista), Don Pereschuk (Jessie), Gary Pereschuk (Joan), Robert Pereschuk (Kellie), Thomas Pereschuk (Patty) and Aleta Irving; and his siblings-in-law, Gene Stone, Shirley and Skipper Pereschuk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Reformed Church (13182 Salem Church Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
