She is survived by: her children, Reed Waters (Diana) of Hedgesville, WV and Jayne Waters Moore (Wade) of Hagerstown; her grandchildren, Christopher Moore of LaPlata, Cara Moore Broadus of Hagerstown and Stacey Waters Chayka of Leonardtown; her stepchildren, Dr. Karen Kelly (Julie) and Keith Brintzenhofe (Cindy) of Fredericksburg, VA; her stepgrandchildren, Aaron, Dana and Nick Brintzenhofe; and her sister Marcia Bortz of Hagerstown.
