She was predeceased by: her parent Charles I. Turner; her son Charles E. Smith; and her siblings, Robert C. Turner Sr. and Rosalie A. Long. She is survived by: her parent Anna Margaret Mowery Turner; her children, William "Billy" S. Smith Sr. of Boonsboro, Albert "Frankie" F. Smith of Hagerstown and Leslie C. Smith of Hagerstown; her brothers, Carroll I. Turner and Paul V. Turner; and her niece Diana L. Long of Frederick.
