She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Ann Monroe; her stepfather Eugene Monroe; her father Kenneth Keyes, Sr.; and her father-in-law James Rollins. She is survived by: her husband John E. Rollins Sr.; her children, Eboni and Eric; her grandchildren, Makayla Ann, Malachi of Hagerstown, MD, Makeal of Hagerstown, MD and Micah of Hagerstown, MD; her siblings, Norma Jean (Michael), Kenneth (Geri), Jerome (Debbie), Sharon and Rodney (Judy); her mother-in-law Dorothy Rollins; her in-laws, James "Rucky" (Arlene), Melba (Kenneth), Sherry, Gary (Denise) and Karen (Jovanne); her sister Phyllis Davis; and her sons, Darrell Davis (Maria) and Craig Wheatley (Tracey). She is also survived by family members and friends, including special cousin.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 17805 Oak Ridge Dr, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
