It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amelia Kathryn Berry of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bernard Gipe Sr. and Gladys Louise Gipe (Appenzeller); her brothers, John and Fred Gipe; and her husband William Berry.
She is survived by: her children, Susan L. Ruiz (Alfonso Jr.), William E. Berry Jr. (Judy) and Burgee D. Berry (Gwendolyn); her grandchildren, Tara, Alfonso III, Juan, Marcus, Brooke, Ashley, Brandin, Natasha, Jason and Meghan; and her cousins, Pat and John Gipe. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
