She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse Misner; her siblings, Russell Misner of Mont Alto and Lula Staley of Fayetteville; her husband Luther L. Vulgamott, Sr.; and her children, David W. Vulgamott and Roberta L. Breon.
She is survived by: her parent Bertha Misner (Switzer); her children, Luther Vulgamott, Jr. of Ft. Loudon, Ronald D. Vulgamott of Greencastle, Susan M. Auchmoody of Waynesboro, Georgia M. Gochenauer of Chambersburg, Theresa A. Davis of West Viriginia and Bertha Jean Burkett of Hagerstown; and her great great grandchild Jocelyn Bowman. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
