He was predeceased by: his father Leon A. Creek; his grandparents, Elzy Golden, Albert Creek and Dolores Creek; and his pet Mina.
He is survived by: his mother Beverly Golden Creek of Hagerstown; his grandmother Alice Golden of Hancock; his sister Jill Keddington of Hancock; his niece Jessica Hook of Berkeley Springs; and his nephews, Zachary Emerson of Hancock and Colby Keddington of Hancock. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
