He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Powell and Olive M. Powell (Hull); and his children, Kenneth Powell, Sharon Grove and Janeice Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Joan K. Powell; and his children, Shane Eller (Melissa) of Morrisville, NC, Jane Mease (Chuck) of Mercersburg, PA and Daphne Hunt of Palmyra, PA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
