She is survived by: her husband Henry Lee Yeates; her daughters, Kim Moore, Karen Thomas (William) and Kathy Schlotterbeck (Doug); her sister Shirley Shirey (Warren); her grandchildren, Dustin Younker (Jessica), Brandon Wilson (Elizabeth), Travis Yeates (Rachel), Ashleigh Martin, Kelsey Moore and Kelbey Nelson (Jon); her great grandchildren, Cameren, Sage, Caleb, Kristen, Madi, Caitlin, Breanna and Alexis; her niece Deborah Smoot; and her nephew Randy Shirey.
