He is survived by: his daughter Laura Mehegan; his son-in-law Edward Barney; his son Dennis Mehegan, III; his daughter-in-law Patricia Mehegan; his grandchildren, Madeleine, Skylar Niang, Mary Kate, Meredith and Jack Mehegan; his son-in-law Abib Niang; and his niece Amanda Hensley.
