We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2023, at the age of 68, Linwood Angelo Toomer of Gwynn Oak, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Linwood Toomer. He is survived by: his mother Mary Toomer; his son Jonathan Toomer of Montgomery Village, MD.; his wife Dolline Brown; his stepsons, Phillip Brown of Virginia, David Brown of Severn and Joshua Brown of Gwynn Oak, MD.; and his siblings, Anthony Toomer of Duncan, Michael Toomer of Gaithersburg, MD, Marcus Toomer of Gaithersburg, MD, Bernard Toomer of Brandywine, MD., Ruth Green of Fort Washington, MD and Angela Toomer of Washington, DC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
