With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Kent Harfeld of Greensboro, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 18, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Harfeld and Ernestine Harfeld. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his sons, Mark and David Harfeld; and his stepchildren, Kathleen Frantom, Kimberly Callahan, Paul Kurchock, John Kurchock and Loretta Brenner. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
