She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Ide Osborne and Stanley of Jongh Osborne. She is survived by: her children, James Bedford Downing III (Liz) of London, England, Elizabeth "Lisa" Downing Sartorius of Baltimore, MD, John Osborne Downing (Francie) of Green Pond, SC, Lily (David Yudain) of Jongh Downing and Beckwith; and her siblings, Cynthia Osborne Hoskin of Cold Spring, KY and Richard of Jongh Osborne. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
