He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hazel Clark and Margaret "Shutt" Clark; his wife Isabella Clark; his siblings, Helen Schwarten and James T. Clark; and his great grandchild Clark Bateson.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Clark of Newark, MD, Phil Clark (Nadine) of Denton, MD and Karen Monteith (Marshall) of Greensboro, MD; his sister Margaret "Peg" Hubbard of Denton, MD; his granddaughters, Tiffany of Melanie, PJ, Brandy and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Bristol, Brady, Luke, Beau, Brooks, Zoey and Isabelle.
