He was predeceased by: his parent Wesley Oliver Russum; and his brother-in-law John Towers. He is survived by: his parent Lillian Baker Russum; his wife Della M. Russum of Greensboro; his son Nelson H. Russum of Greensboro; his siblings, Donna Lee Jump and William Russum of Chattanooga, TN; his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Towers of Greensboro and Joyce Carter of Houston, DE; and his significant other Lab.
