She was predeceased by: her parents, Simeon Bullock and Elizabeth Bullock; her husband Edward Carter; and her siblings, Esther Salisbury, Marie Messick, Edith Baker, Ed Bullock, Margaret Harris and Harold Bullock.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbie and Judy; and her grandson Carter Nelson. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
