It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie Conner (Greensboro, Maryland), who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Tribbitt Dyer and William Raymond Dyer; her close friend Bill Conner; and her children, Robert Lee Roe Jr., Bonnie Faye Roe, Michael Gallagher and Grace Boney.
She is survived by: her children, Shawn Gallagher, Kelly Gallagher, Casey Gallagher-Casler, Josh Gallagher and Vickie Warren. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
To honor Elsie's legacy, in lieu of flowers, donations to Caroline and Talbot Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
