He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Layton Bilbrough; and his daughters, Pamela (Jeffrey Kratz), Shari (Ronnie Conrad) and Dawn (Keith McCabe). He is also survived by children, he was blessed with nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to woundedwarriorproject.org in honor of Russ.
