He is survived by: his wife Lenore; his children, Carrie Heather Howell (Lonnie), Allison McDonald (Dillon), Ashley Mikolajczak (Brian) and Lyndsey Stafford; and his grandchildren, Dean, Bryce, Gloriana, Nora, Dillon, Calli, Vivian and Paige. He is also survived by brothers and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
