He is survived by: his wife Ann Lewis; his sons, Shannon Lewis (Michaela) and Mike Lewis (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Maddie Goodroe, Henry Saia, George Saia, Morgan Lewis, Jessi Lewis, Grace Lewis and Jane Lewis; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Frankie Goodroe; and his brother Jim Lewis (Diane).
