He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Blackwell; his grandson Deonte Turner; his brothers, Carvel Milligan and Trube Truxon; his wife Sharon Blackwell; his sons, Sean Blackwell and William Montuori; his grandchildren, Jamira Foster, Syncere Turner and Zion Blackwell; and his friends, Teme Demby, Dave Wheatley, Cecil Matthews, Alfred Williams and Earl Heideger.

We will be taking donations to benefit the Greensboro Volunteer Fire Company as well.
