He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia; his parents, Adam Frazier and Lena Collins; and his siblings, Brenda Townsend, Nona Gay Wagner, Peggy Palumbo, Lylas Gottwald, Fern Darling, Rex Collins and Pete Collins.
He is survived by: his sister Carmen Good (Paul); his brother-in-law Wesley Townsend; and his caregivers, Rodney Collins, Vanessa O'Malley, Dana Collins and Lora Della Vella. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
