With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Ann Cecil (Greensboro, Maryland), born in Easton, Maryland, who passed away on November 30, 2018 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Walter E. Cecil Jr.; and her siblings, Ben, John, Glenn, Shreve, Sis and Mary.

She is survived by: her husband Walter Edward Cecil; her children, Richard Cecil (Cindy) of Federalsburg and Cindy Dement (Jerry) of Harrington; and her sisters, Kathie Hutchins, Linda Coleman and Debbie Dorsey. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
