She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Robert Schaefer and Louise Wilhelmina Heitmuller Schaefer; and her brother Robert Henry Schaefer. She is survived by: her husband Howard 'Donnie' Wilcox; and her children, Stephen (Tracy), Amy (John Minor), Henry (Dawn) and Rebecca. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandsons.
