With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Schmid (Greenbelt, Maryland), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 4, 2019 at the age of 91. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Schmid and Mildred Schmid (Lawrence); his wife Ursula Schmid (Hollwig); and his siblings, Edith Beck, Marjorie Schmid and Alan Schmid. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
