He is survived by: his wife Deborah Anita Wilburn; his daughters, Morgan Antionette Bell, Taylor Tonee'Bell and Kennedy Helena Wilburn; his mother Geraldine Sudberry Wilburn; his siblings, Michael Wilburn (Vanessa), Michelle Ruffin of Flint, Curtis Wilburn Jr. (Sherrie) and La-Ron Wilburn (Dominique) of Waldorf, Maryland.; his parents-in-law, Charles and Shirley Pate; his brother-in-law Gregory Pate of Temple Hills; and his aunts and uncles, Emziah Sudberry of Flint, Fleming Thomas Jr. of Smithfield, Marvin Thomas of Orangeburg, Ann Rackas of Vista, Betty Monroe of Bowie, Barbara Pate of Odenton, Christine Thomas of Detroit and Nina Harris of Washington, DC. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
