He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Stanley Fletcher Sr. and Ruby Dale Fletcher; his children, Saphire Janiel Nolan-Barnett, Jovon Martice Fletcher, Shawnell Latisha Martin and Charles Stanley Fletcher III; his sisters-in-law, Pamela Cecilia Jones and Janice Marie Broom; and his wife Mary Fletcher. He was also cherished by spouses, and their 9 grandchildren.
