He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Bazzell and Frances Bazzell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bazzell; his children, Kathryn Hope (Dan), Laura Porter (David), Bradley Bazzell (Julie) and David Samuel; his brother Michael Bazzell (Yvette); and his grandchildren, Olivia Bazzell, Ryan Bazzell, Ellie Bazzell, Nathan Porter, Sarah Porter, Charlotte Hope, Samuel Hope and Larrick Hope.
