She is survived by: her husband Dennis Carter; her children, Chenell Collins (Keithy), Amilwe Carter Smith (Kirk) and Moses Carter; her grandchildren, Keon Williams, Ke'shayla Collins, Tamir Carter, Nevaeh Carter, Kyran Rogers, Waunya Smith, Acesin Carter, Amarion Smith, Qualib Carter, Caleb Mourning, Sky, Jae Carter and Treasure Smith; her great grandchildren, Da'Kiya Green, Deric Green III, Xavier Smith and Fendi Green; her siblings, Theresa Dixon (David), Carolyn Williams (Giovanni) and Dale Williams (Connie); and her close friends, Mary Jones, Sybby Wheeler, Shirley Foote and Earleen Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
