It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellsworth Spence Jr. of Grasonville, Maryland, born in Easton, Maryland, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ellsworth C. Spence Sr.; his sister Pamela "Lavern" Spence; his mother Shirley Wright; his stepfather Montro Wright; his children, Carol Smith (Charles Smith), Princess "Shirley" Anderson (Robert Bethea) and Ellsworth Nicholson; his grandchildren, Quaishay Anderson, Jameaka of Georgia, Briyanna Jeffries, Jasmine Ferguson, Kevin Bethea, Jeremiah Nicolson, Kaya Nicholson, Faith Nicholson and Amina Nicolson; his brothers, Ray Bordley, Lamont Wright, Michael Wright, Keith Bordley and Michael Quimby; his aunt Barbara Bordley; and his close friends, Evelyn Koger and Patricia Wright.

He is survived by: his significant other Arlene Heath.
