She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Councell and Marcelle Councell; her husband Thomas Elston Lynch, Sr.; her children, Thomas Elston Lynch, Jr. and Diane Gail Lynch; and her brothers, James Councell and Pete Councell.
She is survived by: her son Raymond C. Lynch (Kathy) of Centreville; her grandchildren, Stephanie Krastel (Andy), Candice Beaubien (Brian), Shane Lynch (Ikuyo), Amber Truxon (BJ), Kara Finch and Chris Schindler (Kristin); and her close friend Ellen Horney. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
