It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Martin Berkman of Grasonville, Maryland, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Berkman and Miriam Berkman (Smith); his brother Alan Berkman; and his stepmother Fay Berkman. He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce Berkman (Elaine) and Evelyn Moster (Marvin) of New York City; his significant other Barbara Ryan Berkman; and his children, Ilene Susan Mills, Michael Stuart Berkman (Jeannien), Miriam Sandra Berkman Crowley (Chris), Matthew David Berkman (Lisa) and Heather Aleece Berkman. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
