It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen Luz Horney (Grasonville, Maryland), who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Phillips Horney; her children, Theresa, Kenneth and Kay; her sister Eva Delgado; her children, John Bechler, Christina Horney and David Dordavic; her grandchildren, Heather Horney, Katie Horney, Crystal Vaught, Kenneth Horney Jr., Ashley Dordavic, Lauren Dordavic and John Michael Bechler; and her great grandchildren, Malik, Jaihien, Omari, Aireyana of Amiyah, Mi, Kayla, Mi'Kenna, Kendall, Kainen and Carissa.
