She was predeceased by: her parents, Miriam Lavina Jones and James Bart Middleton. She is survived by: her husband Maurice Downey Dashiell; her children, Maury Dashiell (Melissa) and Sandy Hoffman (Michael); her grandchildren, Brittany Sones (Taylor), Brendon Dashiell (Lauryn), Brady Dashiell, Matthew Hoffman (Maria) and Alexandra Hoffman; and her great grandchild Logan Hoffman.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either – Wesley Chapel Cemetery Fund 6065 Rock Hall Road Rock Hall, MD 21661 or Boumi Shrine Crippled Children's Hospital Transportation Fund 5050 King Avenue Baltimore, MD 21237.
