He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Andrew Williams and Mary Williams (DeBerry) of Virginia; his wife Carol Williams (Edwards); his children, Philip Schlossnagle (Cashawna), Erin Hintz (Christopher) and Beth Priest (Colin); and his grandchildren, Jadon, Garrett, Grant, Landon, Stella and Talia.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations be made to the American Legion Post 208 and/or the Zion Lutheran Church steeple and lighting fund.
