He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Fratz and Kathleen Fratz (Rush); his sister Margaret "Peggy" Bowser; his stepfather Earl Wentz; and his brother-in-law Douglas Klotz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sara Fratz (Jake Landis) of Somerset, PA, Kathleen Williams (Jason) of Ridgeley, WV and Lori Kyle (Ronald) of Frostburg, MD; his grandchildren, Mckenzie Mahler, Shane Mahler, Austin Williams, Kambria Kyle, Kortney Kyle and Kaylee Kyle; and his siblings, James Fratz (Lena), Margie Nelson (Bobby) and Connie Wagner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and his beloved dog, Buddy.
