He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Estep and Mary Jane Simmons (Lee); and his wife Anne Elizabeth "Betty" Simmons (Sears). He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Vail (Richard) of Austin, TX and Gail Perrine (Stephen) of Cranesville, WV. He is also survived by three granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
