He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Miner and Delphia Miner (Platter); and his son Wayne Miner. He is survived by: his wife Rosella May Miner (Resh); his children, Ronnie Miner (Wendy), Randy Miner (Cindy) of Accident, MD, Richard Miner (Angie) of Greensburg, PA, Beverly Sechler (Jim) of Grantsville and Betty Stanczyk (Marlin) of Grantsville; and his brother John Miner. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way; and 7 step-great grandchildren.
