She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Legeer and Maxine Legeer (Buckel); her husband Fenton "Bud" Lowery; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Legeer and Terry Caparella.
She is survived by: her children, Craig Lowery (Anita), Alex Lowery and Michele Swauger (Dewayne); her sister Phyllis Legeer of Bittinger, MD; and her grandchildren, Luke, Lauren Lowery, Holly and Adam Swauger.
