He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl William and Evelyn Blanche Broadwater (Rounds); and his brothers, Cecil, Robert and Hubert Broadwater.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Louise "Squeeze" Broadwater (Hutzel); his son Eugene Wayne "Chip" Broadwater (Windy Melinda) of Marydel, MD; his granddaughter Kasey Dylan Broadwater; and his siblings, George Broadwater (Becky) of Salisbury, PA, Catherine Butler and Rosalie Jones of Midlothian, VA..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (179 Miller St, Grantsville, MD 21536). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
