She is survived by: her husband Leo Dale Beachy; her children, Gregory Beachy, Steven Beachy (Sandy) and Connie Osselburn (Tim) of Grantsville; her siblings, Dale Testa of Meyersdale, PA, Roger Bockes of Meyersdale, PA and Shirley Meyers of Friendsville, MD; and her grandchildren, Jessica Fazenbaker (J. R.), Greg Beachy, Jr. (Hannah), Kayla Brinegar (Brad), Brandon Beachy (Skylar), Stephanie Kamp (Kelby), Andrew Reynolds (Shawnee), Kody Osselburn (Autumn) and Erin Osselburn (Jeffrey Eddington). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
