He is survived by: his sons, James R. Walker, Jr. (Patricia) of Laurel, MD, Bryan D. Walker (Dani) of Jacksonville, FL and Samuel T. Walker (Monica) of Haymarket, VA; his daughter-in-law Tracy LeDuc of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Joshua, Shane, Jesse, Katie, Zachary, Devin Lillie, Bryce, Brady and Graham; and his great grandchild Kalli.
