He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick McKinley and Beulah Marie Minnick (Fazenbaker). He is survived by: his wife Louise Carolyn Minnick (Wilt); his children, Jerry Ray Minnick of Grantsville, Christopher Lee Minnick of Grantsville and Shirley Ann Bower (Daniel); and his grandsons, Steven Minnick, Daniel Tyler Bower and Michael Scott Bower.
