He was predeceased by: his parents, Loman Wilt and Lulu Wilt (Hoover); his wife Ruth Victoria Wilt (Hare); his daughter Sheila DeFalco; his siblings, Charles Wilt, Alverta Stanton, Marie Fazenbaker, Annabelle Bittinger and Shirlene Bittinger; and his half-siblings, Frank, Robert, Paul Hay and Mary Etta Hay.
He is survived by: his sons, Franklin Fay Wilt and Robert Eugene Wilt; his siblings, Calvin Wilt and Betty Beachy of Grantsville; and his grandchildren, Margaret Lynn Wilt, Victoria Rose Wilt, Penny Kay Durst, Dee Durst, Taylon Wilson, Braelynn Wilson and Jalyssa Durst.
