He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Labanna and Pauline Marie Sweitzer (Bittinger); his wife Cheryl Elaine Sweitzer (Fisher); his siblings, Roy, Mark Sweitzer, Cleo Sweitzer and Norma Lee Guthrie; his mother-in-law Ruby Jane Fisher (Castle); and his brother-in-law Vernon Fisher.
He is survived by: his son Benjamin Sweitzer (Jeanie); his siblings, Norman Sweitzer (Mary) of Swanton, MD, Sharon Hebb (Rick) of Swanton and Sheila Sweitzer of Swanton; his father-in-law Melvin Fisher of Elizabethtown, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Angela Berlin (Jay) of Bellefonte, PA, Barbara and Bernice Sweitzer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
