She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Fearer and Carrie Fearer (Glover); her husband Robert W. Bowser; and her siblings, Everett, Ralph, Wilbur, Clarence, Ruth Honsaker, Evelyn Fike and Pauline Kuhn.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Sisler (Dale) of Friendsville, Larry Bowser of Friendsville, Bobbi Sisler (Tim) of Friendsville and Connie Brenneman (Rick) of Accident, MD; and her grandchildren, Tim Sisler (Jeanne), Judy Sines (Danny), Katie Reed (Jeremy), Tabitha Hess (Wayne), Melissa Frantz (Mike), David Brenneman (Jennifer), Jeremy Brenneman (Kathlyn), Adam Brenneman (Kimberly), Emily Stark (Robert), Andrew Sisler (Krista), Daniel Sisler (Lynette), Rachel Bittinger (Jeffrey) and Abigail. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
