He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kipp and Wilma Kipp (Killius); and his son Matthew Kipp. He is survived by: his wife Tricia Renee Kipp (Kinsinger); his daughters, Michele Shelley (John), Amanda Kinsinger-Stickel (Chase), Kayla Kipp, Megan Stuck (Alex) and Erica Farrall (William); his brothers, Doug Kipp and Wesley Kipp; and his grandchildren, Shelby Shelley, Gwyn Shelley, Leelyn Shelley, Emma Stickel and George Stuck.
