He is survived by: his wife Gladys Bowman (Williams); his children, David Bowman (Dena) of Falling Waters, WV and Julie Miller (Jim) of Frostburg, MD; his brothers, Glenn Bowman of Carlisle, PA and Stanley Bowman (Caryl) of Waynesboro, PA; his grandchildren, Chris Miller, Shannon Martin (Brison) and Courtney Case (Mike); and his great grandchildren, Remi Miller and Alex Case.
